This is a nice set of quality criteria that you’ve provided. You’ve identified a gap and an idea that addresses the gap. You’ve mentioned that the resources will be created by interdisciplinary teams collaboratively. I’m not clear on whether students are part of these teams but if your intention is to have teams create a useful resource that contributes to the entire Virtual University system, then I think you have achieved an open pedagogy goal. The only step that missing is seeing whether this resource exists as an open resource at other universities, and can be adapted. This might require looking for resources from universities in English but often with open we want to make sure we aren’t creating something that could simply be adapted.
