SCOPE
Does this design encourage support participation from broader onlines communities?
for example: Critical and creative thinking,collaborative learning with open education with IT tools like wiki, blog, sharing document in G Suite with an essay and reflective learning. With product and multimedia evidence (photos, video, broadcast etc.)

Students could get from Creative Commons licensing resources, then are going to share and get some resources for information management, for remix and integrate in a product for evidence of performance.

I like seeing the reference and mapping to the quality framework included in the extra materials. It appears students will be producing a multimedia portfolio of evidence of competency using creative commons licensed media, is this correct?
This idea could use more detailed explanation of who is participating in this program, and what exactly the process will be for assembling and reviewing these portfolios. How will they be accessed?
I can sense the elements of his project but it needs more explicit description.

Thanks Alan for your observation, in the shared link in Google we are going to improve and complete the content with graphics. Yes it could be a portfolio with products for evaluation.
