METAS
Generar contenidos de aprendizaje de manera colaborativa sobre la gastronomía regional, nacional e internacional que deriva de las condiciones ecológicas y geográficas de ese entorno.
Promover información turistico cultural de calidad desde una perspectiva y criterios periodísticos.
Contribuir al conocimiento y actualización de bases de datos sobre los recursos naturales y procesos de transformación de la tierra a la mesa.
ALCANCE Y RECURSOS
Fomentar la conectividad con una comunidad participativa que integre contenidos de calidad al Wiki Tour e incorporar a los estudiantes de las tres disciplinas, es decir, integrar saberes de manera multidisciplinar.

Taking into account the model of educational resource “Peer Review”, we propose among professors of Journalism, Biology and Tourism, the creation of a Gastronomic Tour Wiki with the following
GOALS
Generate collaborative learning contents on regional, national and international cuisine that derives from the ecological and geographical conditions of that environment.
Promote quality cultural tourism information from a journalistic perspective and criteria.
Contribute to the knowledge and updating of databases on natural resources and processes of transformation from land to table.
SCOPE AND RESOURCES
Encourage connectivity with a participatory community that integrates quality content to the Wiki Tour and incorporate students from the three disciplines, that is, integrate knowledge in a multidisciplinary manner.

What an interesting and promising idea! An interdisciplinary approach to food across these areas of study seems like something that could really work with the strengths of the UdG. The scope is very ambitious… and as we explore other technologies it will be interesting to see if you still think the wiki is the best choice. Great work!
