Tomando en cuenta el modelo de recurso educativo “Revisión de pares” , proponemos entre profesores de Periodismo, Biología y Turismo, la creación de un Wiki Tour Gastronómico con las siguientes

METAS

Generar contenidos de aprendizaje de manera colaborativa sobre la gastronomía regional, nacional e internacional que deriva de las condiciones ecológicas y geográficas de ese entorno.

Promover información turistico cultural de calidad desde una perspectiva y criterios periodísticos.

Contribuir al conocimiento y actualización de bases de datos sobre los recursos naturales y procesos de transformación de la tierra a la mesa.

ALCANCE Y RECURSOS

Fomentar la conectividad con una comunidad participativa que integre contenidos de calidad al Wiki Tour e incorporar a los estudiantes de las tres disciplinas, es decir, integrar saberes de manera multidisciplinar.

    What an interesting and promising idea! An interdisciplinary approach to food across these areas of study seems like something that could really work with the strengths of the UdG. The scope is very ambitious… and as we explore other technologies it will be interesting to see if you still think the wiki is the best choice. Great work!
