It sounds like you would like to create website for students covering topics of information technology. I have a few questions:
1. Have you considered which technology you might use for this? WordPress (wordpress.com) is a good candidate – it is the software that runs muraludg.org
2. You reference open pedagogy, but I am not clear on what techniques or approaches to open pedagogy you hope to use.
3. Have you been able to find existing open educational resources (OER) that you could adopt and adapt to meet your objectives?
