Throughout history it has been shown that mathematics is everywhere and has all kinds of applications, so why is this alien to students? Mathematics loses the sense of application and often becomes only a repetitive algorithm, this can create difficulties in their learning or lead to the disinterest of mathematics to the student, which influences the generation of a national problem due to the decrease of the meaning of mathematical literacy. In this way, the need for this model is justified, which should describe the processes related to the ability to do mathematics using current quantitative tools, with foundations that allow an individual to adapt to future advances in technology and mathematical knowledge. It is proposed to use the open pedagogy approach, including the use of technology and OER.

I am very intrigued by this idea! I think for you to have the best chance of success for winning the challenge, you will need to give some idea of how the process will work for students… (As a non-math person, I have difficulty envisioning the actual work.) But this is creative and unique and I look forward to seeing where you go!
