Goal: The group will write an article about “The right of children in América”, because there is not enough clearly information in Wikipedia.
Scope: The grupo will divided in teams of 3 students.
Each team will be choose one country of América and look for actual legal information about rights of children in these country.
Write their contribution for the article, strictly citing their source.
Come up To Wikipedia.
Promote the participation of university students of the countries involved in the article to find the article feedback.

This is actually the foundation of an achievable idea. You’ve identified a gap and you propose a way for students to address it. You go a step further and suggest that students from the other countries can validate or contribute to these articles as well. It would be good to think about some quality criteria for the students, in addition to the ones that Wikipedia enforces. And as Jon Beasley Murray said, you will want to identify the articles for students to work on, so that the activity is more structured.
