Creating an open course oriented to developing the basic cognitive skills such as: critical thinking, math skills and abstract thinking.
2. What gap does your project/idea address?
There’s around 20% of students with a low score according to UDG’s school department, which causes high abandonment during this period.
3. How is your idea/project a meaningful contribution to a program, faculty, UDG, world?
This open course can be used not only by UDG students but to those who need it and want to be prepared for higher education.

I would be surprised if something like this didn’t exist. Perhaps there is an existing MOOC in this area? If UDG doesn’t have something like this for it’s students already it sounds like something that would certainly benefit students. At the moment the idea appears as ‘Level 1’ – perhaps think about building on something like this that already exists?
